Cahill Associates (CA) rates and fees vary depending on the nature and scope of the client engagement and client size.
CA has a variety of relationship billing options including per hour, per diem (daily), retainer (contract) and project rates.
If the occasion so warrants, CA may also be willing to establish a "partner" relationship with a client who cannot afford the entire upfront investment associated with a CA engagement that may result in major future benefits to the client.   Such an arrangement typically is comprised of some combination of discounted regular rates and additional future remuneration tied directly to some result factor associated with the impacts of what the client achieves as a result of CA's assistance.
CA will also add travel, out of pocket costs and other incidentals to its fees.
CA's regular billing cycle is twice monthly with "payable on receipt" terms.  Retainer and project engagements may involve a deposit upon execution of the contract/agreement.
CA's usual approach to an engagement is to offer an initial no-charge client discussion meeting prior to agreeing with a client on a relationship.
